CHOZEN AWARDS | The Event Series | Nomination Categories | Host Committee |

In 2008, CHOZEN MEDIA, a trend-setting, Atlanta-based, multimedia company, created the CHOZEN AWARDS to inspire, impact and empower the Greater Atlanta community in honor of the unsung heroes who make this city so great. Nominees are selected in 15 categories in the areas of business, entertainment, health, hospitality and the arts and are voted on by the public.

In 2011, the Credit Union of Atlanta joined forces with the CHOZEN AWARDS to support the citywide event series in its commitment to social responsibility and bringing public awareness to philanthropic causes.

Each year the CHOZEN AWARDS selects a charity to support throughout the length of the program. At the inaugural awards, funds were raised to assist a single mother and her son born with Gastroschisis. Last year, donations were given to the United Way of Metro Atlanta. This year’s beneficiary is 40 Girls & Some Shoes. To learn more about how you can help 40 Girls and Some Shoes, click here.
