2nd ANNUAL CHOZEN AWARDS NOMINEE ANNOUNCEMENT
The CHOZEN AWARDS Acknowledges Atlanta's Most Influential of 2009
(ATLANTA, GA) - The 2nd Annual CHOZEN AWARDS is only days away to acknowledging and commemorating the most influential heavy hitters from 2009. All nominees will be honored during a networking silent auction on Wednesday, February17, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. at Artist Trifecta Gallery (161 Mangum Street, Atlanta, GA 30313). The CHOZEN AWARDS will be held at the same art gallery on Wednesday, March 24 at 7:00 p.m.
The nominees are "CHOZEN" in the areas of business, entertainment, health, hospitality and the arts. The overall winner in each category will be based on the amount of votes they receive via online voting at www.chozenawards.com. Among the last year’s inaugural winners are Suzan G. Komen's Ashley Skiles, Executive of the Year; BlackAtlanta.com's Brandon Johnson, Entrepreneur of the Year; SandraRose.com, Blogger of the Year; and Canton Jones, Musician of the year.
The nominee reception on February 17, 2010 will benefit the United Way of Metro Atlanta's Disaster Response, and "kick-off" the online voting. The evening will be hosted by Haitian-born Motivational Speaker and Music Artist, Andrew "Legacy the Jesus" Guerrier and Word of Mouth Atlanta's Tara Holland. All attendees are asked to bring donations of clothes, shoes and non-perishable food items.
